Mineral deficiency is rampant
Mineral deficiency is rampant

Its real and we must face it!

Each one of us are lacking in essential minerals and loaded with heavy metals which are undesirable.

Why this shift?

Its amusing that our world has so much to eat , no one is starving yet these deficiencies are rampant.

Poor soil conditions due to over farming, pesticides and poor fertilization techniques which exhausts minerals in the soil.
Consumption of processed and non-organic foods lacking in basic nutrients that have been further stripped of their nutrients due to prolonged storage, which creates poor digestion and compromised assimilation of any nutrients that were present.

Its real and we must face it!

Each one of us are lacking in essential minerals and loaded with heavy metals which are undesirable.

Why this shift?

Its amusing that our world has so much to eat , no one is starving yet these deficiencies are rampant.

  • Poor soil conditions due to over farming, pesticides and poor fertilization techniques which exhausts minerals in the soil.
  • Consumption of processed and non-organic foods lacking in basic nutrients that have been further stripped of their nutrients due to prolonged storage, which creates poor digestion and compromised assimilation of any nutrients that were present.
  • Chronic stress which leads to low stomach acid (caused by stress and poor food consumption)
  • Excess daily coffee consumption
  • Demineralised and fluoridated  water
  • Excess sugar consumption
  • Prescription medications which deplete essential minerals and nutrients
  • Heavy metal overload due to excessive exposure to undesirable sources like metal gum fillings, vaccines/flu shots, seafood, pollution
  • Lack of raw and fermented food consumption, which lowers enzyme and probiotic stores (two critical factors in the digestive process)

Symptoms of mineral deficiency:

  • Anxiety palpitations depressed moods, poor sleeep
  • Poor concentration
  • Weakness or fatigue
  • Muscle cramping
  • Poor immune system function
  • Poor social, mental, or bone development in children

Mineral deficiencies, bring the immunity down which leads to harbouring of pathogenic bacteria, parasites and fungal overgrowth in the intestines and other parts of body.

All of the above symptoms are due to broken and disrupted metabolic pathways, which if remain uncorrected can lead to serious health conditions such as Autoimmunity, Cancer, Endocrine diseases Cardiovascular diseases Neurological diseases etc.

It is strongly recommended to ensure seeing a metabolic disease specialist and  correct underlying mineral deficiencies to prevent  risk of developing these diseases.
